Results of Work carried out for this project.
We provide a teaser video for their event, ICMEM 2021. This video contains a welcome speech from this year’s event chairperson, various footage from events in previous years and various performers this year.
What we do to finish this projects?
We did a video shooting on the ITB campus for the welcome speech. We provide all the equipment with an expert videographer for quality shooting. We also added footage and visual effects plus editing with Adobe After Effect to the video.
Challenge
Our team has to complete the preparation for shooting the video in one day. Then with a duration of only 1 minute, we have to make this video a short but solid and clear. And the editing has to be done in less than a week
Process
First, we had a meeting with the ICMEM organizers to get the storyboards and scripts they had prepared. Then we bring the equipment and an expert videographer to the location before shooting to make sure the place we can use. After that, we do video shoots and collect our footage.
After that we cut and find the exact footage for the video, color grading it with Adobe Premiere Pro. And we don’t forget to add various event footage from year to year and various performers this year. Then we added various motion graphics with Adobe After Effects to make this teaser video more interesting for potential participants to see.
